“Best Hotel in Madrid in a prime location”
Love this hotel and its central location. The Staff very helpful and efficient. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet daily. Very nice, delicious options. Our room rate included breakfast. “Fantastic stay in Madrid”
Great location. Very handy for the metro, buses and only a few minutes from the Retiro park. Lots of shops and cafes near by. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Very clean hotel. Kettle and coffee machine as well as a fridge in the room. Great choice at breakfast

Perfect service, clean hotel nice staff - very helpful and friendly. Modern clean hotel. For sure I’ll come again. Girls at the reception very nice and service at bar also. Also hotel recently renovated - I had very good room but I was upgraded.

“Nice hotel in central location.”
Room was small but nice. Very comfy bed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location for metro and Movistar arena. My only complaint is that in the morning around 8am, the cleaning outside my room was very noisy. I would stay here again.
