Every year, the staff welcomes us back with such warmth that it makes us feel like family. Especially Yane (in Red Level) and Samuel Gonzales! The GM Fenix is a perfect location in the best neighborhood of Madrid!

“A wonderful experience”
We had the best time in Madrid! A stunning and vibrant city. Our hotel was amazing. The staff is attentive, helpful and kind. A big shout out to Israel, Carlos and Jerald who always helped with directions, taxis and activity advice. We are super sad to leave!

The staff is incredible. The hotel is incredible. Everyone is really helpful and constantly in a good mood ready to help. The beds are extremely comfortable. Perfect location for tasty restaurants and shopping.
