“Very nice and clean”
We had a great stay in this Hostal. It was very clean and the room and bed were in a good condition. If you take metro Vista Alegre, then you are only 150 meters away from Hostal Puerta Bonita. We will come back. Thanks

“Lovely people, lovely place”
Cannot praise this place enough. The staff are amazing and are so helpful. The rooms are spotless. Round the corner from the superb Madrid Metro, puts British public transport to shame. When we go back to Madrid we will definitely be staying here.

“Wonderful Stay”
We had a wonderful 2 nights stay. Hotel is super clean and the staff add more charm to this place. Ms Ines, Ms Eliza & Mr Javier are very professional, efficient and friendly. They go an extra mile to make your stay comfortable. Cheers!!

“Excellent Hostel! Very clean, very tidy, would highly recommend for concerts in Madrid”
The hostel is owned by the receptionist, who has put a lot of time, effort and money into this establishment and takes great pride in cleanliness. I'm very fussy when it comes to these places! “clean and comfortable”
Located close to the metro and close to the Vista Alegre Palace (hosting a concert - our reason to be there), wit several bars and restaurants in the vicinity A basic hostal, but clean, comfortable and friendly. Large room. No elevator.
