“Very good stay at ILUNION Hotels Madrid”
Nice, clean hotel in a good location. The staff were friendly and helpful — especially M. Angel, who was really kind and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay.

“Tired looking hotel rooms”
This is apparently a 4star hotel. Rooms are very tired looking, plastering holes over the wallpaper, peeling sealant around bath. Hot water was inconsistent- kept going from hot to cold constantly. TV had no option to put the movies/ series to original version. AC did not seem to cool the room … more
