“Good location and nice people”
The staff at this hotel are lovely. We especially appreciated Maria and Alex. I had a broken ankle and they were very accommodating. We enjoyed the breakfast, which had many options including eggs made to order. The location was convenient to many shops and the metro lines. We appreciated the value… more

“Amazing hotel!”

“Annoying arrival, annoying stay”
1. Was told my room was ready but it would be £20 to check in two hours early. Would not charge it to the room. 2. Hotel Wifi pop up to log in went to a blank page. “Disappointing”
My first night in Madrid was at the Hotel Ilunion Suites Madrid. While the room was big, I was given twin beds when I specifically requested a double bed. In the bathroom, there were 4 very long hairs in 4 different places. These were clearly not my hairs. A disappointing start to my vacation.
