“Excellent hotel in Madrid”
Everything just perfect, room (and bathroom) very large, staff very polite. The location is convenient to visit the city center, as well as to have a direct connection with the airport.

“AMAZING 5 DAY HOLIDAY”
Excellent hotel of superior quality. Reception/greeting, checkout staff all very friendly and welcoming. Breakfasts amazing. Nothing too much trouble. “Poor room”
The room was very disappointing. It was noisy due to the fridge and far too hot, even though the radiator had been turned off. Overall, it was a bad experience.
