Excellent hotel, clean and comfortable. Nuria who was serving the bar was first class and a real credit to the hotel, obviously hard working but attentive, pleasant and smiling.

“Amazing Service!!!”
I stayed with my husband and my sone for my first trip to Madrid. The staff was incredible, especially Isabel at the bar!!!! She was so friendly and helpful and made us feel at home! She even helped me with my Spanish! By the time we left we felt like family.

Our criteria for collecting guest reviews
After getting home from the trip booked with us, the customer will receive an email asking them to review different aspects of each of the services booked. The system only allows the booking holder to complete this review and only once.
