“Excellent location”
Excellent location, rooms very comfortable, easy to get there from airport. Comfortable bed and pillows with nice cotton sheets. Staff friendly and helpful.

Excellent accomodation, convenient location and very polite staff. We also enjoyed a lot the breakfast buffet. Highly recommended! Will visit again.

“Clean, friendly and modern hotel”
We stayed at Rafael for 3 nights during July as we were attending Mad Cool music festival. It's very close to Atocha train station - we caught the 203 bus from the airport for €5 each which dropped us off at the station and it's a 10 minute easy walk to the hotel.
