“Nice hotel and excellent location”
Excellent location in the Salamanca neighborhood. Very close to the metro station. Very attentive staff. Common areas and rooms are very well maintained and clean, however the rooms are quite small (the shower stall is tiny). Breakfast has high-quality products, but the service is slow some days.

“Comfy clean rooms check in early available”
We had one night in the front and back end of our trip to Menorca and a friend recommended this boutique hotel. “Excellent Stay in Madrid - Highly Recommended”
The facilities are incredible, the room is spacious and very clean but want makes this hotel unique is its employees. They were all very professional, kind and always willing to help. I will definitely stay at Heritage Madrid again
