“Beautiful hotel”
Stunningly beautiful hotel right on the river in San Sebastian. The entrance hall is palatial. I was lucky enough to get an upgraded room, and it was huge! Staff were really friendly and welcoming. Location is excellent - it makes this hotel a perfect place to explore this gorgeous city.

“Average hotel with average service”
The hotel is across a shopping mall in the far northern suburbs of Madrid. We had a car so this was not a problem. The hotel is just overpriced for what it offers and it’s location. The rooms are a bit dated and customer service is non existent. We parked the car in front and avoided the hefty park… more
