“A good hotel with an excellent location.”
Rafaelhoteles Ventas is in a good location, close to the metro station (El Carmen). Hygiene is good, bed linen is changed daily. Breakfast is according to the "buffet table" principle, but it is monotonous and with a small selection. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

“Stay April 2023”
Fairly good hotel. I had to move rooms after my first night as there was a loud sound from air conditioning in room next door. Sleep was impossible. Front staff were helpful about this. The city centre is easily accesible by Metro . The area itself isn't the most beautiful in Madrid

“Last stop on Spain tour”
We traveled all through Spain over a 5 week period. This hotel by far was the poorest quality of all of our stays. Breakfast was also the least selection and quality we occurred. The place was fine to sleep but the beds need to be replaced.

“Average hotel”
OK for staying over night. Small room. Fridge in the room. Nice staff at reception. Very poor breakfasts. All prepared from frozen food. Close to bullring. Very close to metro station. Close to shopping street.
