Its location is great. closer to metro s.1 Km or less away from the busy areas such as the Plaza Mayor. The bathroom is small like most hotels in Europe. We were ok with this but there were wires hanging from the geezer right above the WC. Not very safe specially if you have kids. The heated towel rack in the bathroom was a bit rusty. There was no detergents to wash any dishes. We had to buy everything. Atleast a little hand wash is expected when you get an apartment. The apartment had a Double bedroom. There were 2 other single beds outside with the pantry and little table. We were just 2 and only used the Double bed which was very comfortable. Pillows were narrow and long, which I enjoyed so much. If you use the oven and have most of the lights on, the trip would go off and you will have no power. We went to the reception/office and complained and someone came up quickly and switched off all the switches of the fuse box and put them back on. We were told to do the same if it happened again. which it did. This is the worst..... please ask for a room which is not facing the road. There is a nightclub or something of the sort right opposite this apartment. Its a narrow road and young people are hovering around this area in the evening. Specially during weekends they are outside the club and there is so much noise non stop, screaming and shouting, that we just could not sleep. If you are a light sleeper you are doomed. The front staff were very nice. The staff don't speak much English.

On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
