“Great and convenient place to stay”
Excellent hotel for the weary traveller. We flew in to Madrid after 25 hours. We caught the renfe train from T4 at the airport to Piramides. The hotel had given us instructions and we had no idea how valuable this was because we speak no Spanish. Single train get off at the station and its right ... more

“A fine time!”
My husband and I stayed at this location traveling with a group. We did not have to deal with the reception staff, so no comments there. The hotel has 3 elevators, all of which were working. We did not ever have to wait that long for an elevator. We were pleasantly surprised by the breakfast.... more

“Great Value”
Recently spent a month travelling around Spain and stayed here for 4 days. I would have to say this is a very underrated hotel.
