“Very very good”
I would go back here just for the breakfast. I also had to take some calls from the breakfast room and staff were really accommodating.

Very convenient location and usually very nice price for good quality. The rooms usually are quite spacious. it would be better to have some more amenities such as coffee or tea machine. Staff are Ok but are not proactive to try to help you

“Very bad experience at Saona Restaurant”
We arrive within opening time, but they did not attend because they said that galley was already closed. Simply they did not work more that day. We ask for reasons but we did not receive any convincing answer. And all in not polite actitud

Pretty basic all round. Air conditioning was not great and I had two single beds that were pushed together as a double.
