“Excellent stay Petit Palace Plaza del Carmen Madrid”
Excellent service at Petit Palace Plaza del Carmen. Andrés provided excellent customer service. Definitely 100% guaranteed. Rooms are very nice, spacious and it includes comfortable beds, very clean bathrooms, tv and everything you need to have a pleasurable stay.

“3 night stay with friend”
Visited Madrid earlier this week with a friend. This hotel is a great value for the money with a wonderful breakfast buffet! It is centrally located. Our room design was a bit quirky, but not unexpected in Europe. It was very quiet and clean. The bathroom was nice. Definitely would stay again!

The location was ideal and the staff was excellent. They went the extra mile for us. I had a document that was emailed to me for my work and they printed it for me and were accommodating. “Overall was good”
The air conditioner didn't work. The employes was fine and very kind. The breakfast was very good and has a different type of food. The hotel location is excellent for people that are in Madrid for the first time. The hotel is very close to the metro and the places most important.
