“A wonderful hotel with a really relaxed feel”
A fabulous hotel in Madrid with our room overlooking the Royal Palace. The staff were really friendly and attentive and nothing was too much trouble. “Amazing staff make an amazing experience”
This was such a great experience. It was especially great due to all the staff we interacted with. I wish I remembered everyone's names. Monica, Adrian, David, Miriam and Jesus among many others made our stay very enjoyable. We'll definitely be booking with the Social Hub again soon.

“Bathroom”
Bathrooms need more elements—for example, somewhere to put your toothbrushes. I'm a minimalist, but what you offer isn't minimalist, it's basic. There's room for improvement there.

“Pleasure visit to the hotel and city”
We had a very enjoyable stay at the hotel, it was v clean and had great air con. The staff were fantastic and very welcoming throughout our stay.
