I arrived here after a long trip and I was happy to be welcomed by a very kind and helpful woman. The place was clean and the code to open the main door avoid the possibility to lose the key. “Not bad, but not great”
The hotel is well located, at the center of Santiago and the staff is great. Very nice and kind. The building is old, and a lot of stairs. At the end of the Camino, and with some injuries was not the right place for me. Please not that I said to me :-). There are little bathrooms available
