This hotel may officially be rated as a 4-star plus property, but their impeccable attention to detail and luxury service easily elevates it to a 5-star standard. 📍 The Perfect Location & Stunning Design The hotel’s location is fantastic—ideal for exploring everything Valencia has to offer. Inside, the decor is beautifully modern and stylish, yet they’ve brilliantly preserved the building's history by keeping the old bank safe door in place, which adds such a cool, unique character to the space. Another major highlight is the lovely rooftop terrace. It’s the perfect spot to unwind with a drink and enjoy panoramic views of the city. 🛏️ Pure Comfort & Thoughtful Luxury Our bedroom was an oasis of comfort. The bed itself was incredibly cozy, but the pillow menu—allowing you to order a selection of pillows tailored to your preference—ensured a perfect night's sleep. The complimentary amenities were top-tier, featuring high-quality Clarins toiletries (shampoo, body wash, and body lotion). But the real game-changer? The complimentary foot lotion. After a long day of walking around the city, it was absolute bliss for tired feet. ✨ Next-Level Turndown Service What truly blew us away were the little touches. We returned to our room in the evening to find a flawless turndown service: chocolates, an eye mask, earplugs, and even a QR code for soothing bedtime music. It is exactly these thoughtful, extra steps that set Estimar apart from standard hotels. 🤝 Exceptional Staff & Birthday Magic A massive thank you to the professional, warm, and incredibly helpful staff who made our stay so seamless. To top off an already perfect trip, they kindly upgraded our room for my birthday, which made the celebration feel truly special. I have already recommended the Estimar to friends and family, and I will continue to do so. Thank you for an unforgettable stay—we cannot wait to return!

The hotel enjoys an excellent location, conveniently situated near many of the city's key landmarks and shopping destinations. Both the room quality and breakfast experience were outstanding, with a well-curated selection and high standards throughout. The arrival experience was seamless. The lady and gentleman who welcomed us at check-in, along with the breakfast and dinner teams, were professional, attentive, and genuinely friendly. Unfortunately, there was one incident that fell below expectations. A room attendant entered our room without knocking while I was inside and undressed. While I understand mistakes can happen, this is a serious lapse in guest privacy and should not occur. I informed two reception team members, clearly stating that I was not making a complaint but wanted to highlight an unacceptable situation. They just asked for the room number and mentioned that management would be informed. However, a simple apology or expression of concern at that moment would have been appreciated and would have demonstrated greater empathy and service recovery. Overall, the stay was very pleasant, and the strengths of the hotel far outweigh this isolated incident. With better handling of guest concerns and reinforced privacy procedures, the experience would have been exceptional.

The hotel itself was in a perfect location from the airport. 25 euros from airport in a cab. The decor was gorgeous and the staff attentive. They have recently installed a roof top pool, which I don’t think is advertised yet. There is bar, but it wasn’t manned. If you scanned the bar code on tables it took you to WhatsApp where you could place an order for drinks and food. cons The pool itself is very small, but enough to cool off. No Olympic swimming here. I must warn you and anyone with children, be VERY careful when you go up the stairs as the tiles are like lava. You need to wear flip flops right until you put your foot on the first step into water. I burnt my feet, and it was very painful. No handrail so be careful, and don’t touch the side tiles. Bearing in mind this was in very high temps, so won’t be like it all year round!
