The hotel is in an excellent location - next to Estacion de Norte and metro Xativa (direct connection to airport). Very easy to visit the historic center. The staff is very nice. The rooms are o reasonable size. The only minus: - WiFi is very poor - only coming to the door I could get a signal, which is not acceptable for a 4* hotel. - Breakfast was reasonable, but the fruit section was poor.

After staying in a hotel ask yourself a simple question: "Would you go back?" If the answer is -yes- there is little to add, you are satisfied. Only a small shortcoming, taking into consideration a common evaluation yardstick from 1 to 10, I have to give it 8; one point less for any negativity about my questions. The first: being, among other things, dos passos, from the Plaza de Toros and consequently question about bullfighting. My questions? No answers. Too bad, it would be appropriate if they prepared themselves on the subject. Among other things, it was a reason for my stay at that time. Simple: get informed and give me an answer! Second deduction, about information of a request how to reach the docking place for cruise ships: answer "Only taxi!" Incorrecta. And now the positives: They fully deserve all the four stars. Location: excellent, next to the Estatión del Norte, excellently served by the metro -Xàtiva station, bus stops for every part of the town and Hop on & hop off stops, (24h €22 - 48h 24€ - children up to 6 years free. Allow me to recommend for stops included, in addiction to the classic: Bioparc, Port, Ciudad Artes y Ciencias, and beaches) without forgetting the taxi station, among other things very cheap. Modern hotel, not pretentious. Room: right capacity, kettle for coffee and tea, safe an frigobar. Perfect bathroom with tub/shower, bidet, courtesy mirror for shaving/makeup and, moreover the best bathroom accessories for a 4 stars hotel (Dental kit, comb and razor) Silent, I think double glazing and, last but not least, a beautiful view. Excellent cleaning. Breakfast: you can't ask for more, there is everything from hot to cold, constantly replenished, never empty plates or tray COMPLIMENTS! Next stay? Depends on direct flight from my town and ... bullfighting calendar!

Rooms are clean but tired. Need some refurbishment. They are also pretty small even compared to European standards. No bar, no restaurant, no shop for incidents on premise. Rooms are clean but tired. Need some refurbishment. They are also pretty small even compared to European standards. No bar, no restaurant, no shop for incidents on premise. You can walk to get these things however. Breakfast is adequate. The hotel is located right on the edge of a great area for walking but the location of the hotel is less than pleasant. We made the best of it and enjoyed but would not stay again. This is not a 4 star hotel.

Very centrally situated beside Estacion de Nord. Lots of shops and restaurants in the vicinity, though the hotel itself is on the outskirts of a predominantly Chinese area, with some dingy shops and eateries. Very pleasant and helpful staff, with largely good English. One went above the call of duty working out how the shower functioned (he didn't actually know), and another was able to tell us where to buy UK/European electric adaptors (the hotel hadn't any). Although there was nominally a hotel restaurant, this was only used for breakfast. The breakfast itself was pretty generic, but perfectly acceptable. In fairness, there were many restaurants nearby, though few were very good. There was a bar by the lobby - but we never saw it open or staffed. A shame. Maybe it wasn't cost effective. Our room could do with a re- think, and some refurbishment, being a bit the worse for wear. The bath had a perspex panel to protect from spraying the bathroom. However, it was far too long, making access tricky. It was impossible to put in the bath plug without actually standing/squatting in the bath, and one had to guess what hot/cold mixture needed, before rapidly retreating, adjusting the temperature when in the bath. Taking a shower was similarly problematic. The hotel Wi-Fi was weak. It just about supported basic browsing on the Internet, but useless for streaming anything. It was a bit better in the lobby. We enjoyed our stay, and the room was comfortable enough. However we are not rushing back.
