Modern high rise hotel close to convention center We chose a Level category room with lounge privileges I believe it was a junior suite on high floor that was recently beautifully updated with muted calm colours The service was outstanding especially in the Level lounge Can’t say enough about Carmen ,in particular ,who went above and beyond to make sure we were happy The lounge had food and alcoholic drinks all day long and the staff always eager to have us fed and hydrated :) For some who want to focus on downtown historic district or beaches then location may prove to be small challenge but the taxi ride was only 10-15 mins max to downtown core Transportation system is quite efficient and I believe there’s rail couple blocks away that will also transport you downtown There’s decent choice of dining nearby as well No faults Enjoy

My stay at this hotel was not perfect, but it was pretty good and overall I certainly had a good time here. I would certainly not wish to discourage you if you are tempted to stay here. The hotel has a nice modern and spacious feel to it as you walk through the door, with a pleasant bar area to sit in. The staff all seem very helpful. I was very pleased with my bedroom. It was a good size, and well designed. It had plenty of space for putting clothes etc away, it had electric sockets by the side of the bed, and the bathroom had both a bath and a shower cubicle. There was a safe and a minibar. There was even a little washing line that could be extended over the bath which was quite handy. There is an outdoor swimming pool. It's quite small, but it's just about possible to swim lengths in it. The water wasn't the warmest (in mid-May) and it was a bit of a shock to the system on first getting into the water, but I found I warmed up quickly enough after swimming for a bit. I imagine the temperature would feel much more pleasant later on in the summer. The location isn't the best for central Valencia. It's about a 40 minute walk to the city centre. However, there is also public transport (there is a metro stop about a 5 minute walk way) or buses that are even closer to the hotel), and also if you want a taxi they seem to be able to summon them up pretty quickly if you ask at reception. I did this a couple of times and was not waiting more than 5 minutes. There are a few places to eat near to the hotel, though I didn't try any of them, and they didn't look like they were serving nice typically Spanish food: more like burger bars and the like. I was there for a conference, and the conference all went very smoothly. The conference food was good. Breakfast was also good, with an extensive selection of hot and cold food. The hotel mostly seemed to be adequately staffed, but not always. I was queuing for quite a while for check-in when I first arrived, and sometimes it took a while to get served at the bar. The bar in the lobby also served food, though annoyingly they didn't have a menu. They had a QR code that you had to scan to get a menu on your phone, but no printed menus. So if you find QR codes too faffy (or don't have a compatible phone) then figuring out what is available is a bit of a chore. Would it really kill them to print out the menu?

The room was spacious but the bed was two twins pushed together, not ideal for a couple. The rooms need a big refurbishment, the facilities are less from ideal. The room was spacious but the bed was two twins pushed together, not ideal for a couple. The rooms need a big refurbishment, the facilities are less from ideal. There are no plugs near the bed, nor a plug near any mirror. The shower is average, it is not an overhead shower but one on a hose & rather weak. We also had to complain about the housekeeping (which I’ve never done before) as the bed was half made & none of the cups/glasses changed. Downstairs there is a large bar area which is nice & they are happy for you to work from the tables. There is a desk in the room but not large enough for two of us. The pool area is also lovely but at this time of year the sun goes behind the building, the pool isn’t heated. The spa is an extra cost. Parking - 22 euros a night but there are lots of roads around that are free to park on
