“Very nice hotel!”
Very good hotel. The reception is unmanned from 22:00 till 6:00 and I was arriving at 03:00. They gave me the code of the hotel and set the key at the reception. In the morning the owner even gave me a lift to my destination because my luggage was heavy and my destination was too far to walk. Woul… more

“Nice Hotel”
Centrally situated and ten minutes from the Railway Station. Clean and pleasant room, with friendly and welcoming staff. A good breakfast, with wide selection of food. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone staying in Gavle.

The hotel is located not far from the main walking street and the city centre. Even though there is a bigger road next to the hotel, it was never disturbing with traffic noises. “Great service”
Service minded and polite staff, awesome breakfast and beds. There was no noise from the other rooms (or from us when we listened to music and had some party). Overall a nice affordable and central hotel!

“No coffe at breakfast reduces rating”
The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the rooms ok, but on the downside was that they didn't serve brewed coffee at breakfast (!). There was only an automatic machine serving something that resembled coffee. I was also disappointed at the lack of bacon and eggs. Otherwise ok.
