“We didn't wait for dinner”
We never waited for dinner, sitting at the table for over an hour. In the end, we had to cancel our order and went hungry. The service by waiters and a cook is disgusting

“Average at best...”
It's your basic Scandic hotel, do not expect anything else. The rooms are very basic, fairly clean, they lack all forms of ventilation an AC making it very warm in summer time. The breakfast is basic but good. If I would visit Örebro again I would choose a different hotel.
