First of all, ignore the negative reviews, this place is fine. You won't find anything like this hotel in the same area for the same price. I had stayed here last year in a small single room. It was very compact, but fit for purpose. This year I stayed here with my lovely girlfriend and we chose a superior room, and we were very happy that we did. Our room was in the old part of the building to the rear. We stayed in room 333 and had a nice view along the 'Adelgaten' street. The room had a lovely bay window and doors that opened onto a small balcony. A very comfy bed and a large bathroom. As an added bonus, the steps door down to the restraurant were right next to our room, so we just had a few stairs from us and breakfast. There was a kettle and cups in the room. No hairdryer, but the info sheet tells you to ask for one at reception. We did this and they gave us a dryer and told us to pass it back when we left, no charge. It was very quiet and a lovely stay. The hotel is also very clean. The location of the hotel is brilliant. Right next to the canal, railway station, and bus station. Also right in the city centre with many attractions close by. We used the train to visit Lund and Helsingborg, and of course the very easy route over to Copenhagen. The staff are all so friendly, be it at reception, restaurant, or clearners. everyone was very welcoming, helpful, and friendly. Top marks for them. Breakfast was fine. Bolied eggs, cold meats, cheese, lots of different bread (You can toast it) fruits, salads, cereals, yummy yoghurt, biscuits, cakes, tea and coffee machine (Decaf Coffee is in a Nescafe jar) fruit juices. The restaurant is really pretty and has a nice courtyard were you can eat outside in warmer weather. Small tip.... While here we ate at the Spoonery, vastergatan. It is a short stroll from the hotel. We wanted to try the Swedish Meatballs as the reviews were very good. Dear lord! they were amazing. We enjoyed our food so much that we ate there again the following evening, different dishes, but once again delicious, and very fairly priced. If you do go there and the British guy is working then he is a joy to speak with and very helpful. He is from Swansea, but there is no hint of the accent. Lovely place, well worth the visit. One thing, and not really a gripe as we found it rather funny, was the red building that we could see from our room across Adelgatan. It was evening, and dark, and I went to open a window. As I did I was greeting by a couple in the throes of passion. They had either forgot to close the curtians in their moment love, or were exhibitionist? Either way, I cannot blame the hotel for that one ha ha. Moment Hotels. It is top marks from us. If we return to Malmö we will certainly stay here again. Thank You!

“Very good”

Location is great. Rooms are small but functional. Everything just works fine. It is clean, you will have everything you need. Breakfast is great with variety of food and everything is tasty. For a two night stay i strongly recommend. Everything is close, train station, bus stops, city center.

Excellent stay and was really looked after by the staff The breakfast was decent Comfortable bed Everything I needed the staff where more than helpful I couldn’t have asked for more. Would defo stay again

A very nice hotel, it offers a no thrills experience, with a great location, tasty continental breakfast and at brilliant value. The only fault was no tea or coffee facility in the rooms.
