We were lucky to choose this hotel when visiting Sundsvall. As the name says "Home hotel" is exactly what it is. “Centrally located”
Great location, large room, helpful staff, nice sauna in the basement, dinner included. The room wasn't too clean though and there wasn't much choice for breakfast and dinner. The thing that really annoyed me though was the glass door to the bathroom, really bad idea.
