“Unexpectedly fantastic”
We ended up at the Dorint in Basel on accident, after a missed train. We were greeted warmly up arrival, made our accommodations and had a wonderful stay. The staff was exceptional, the food was terrific and the hotel was spotless with every amenity that you could want

“My experience is getting worse every stay”
I somehow feel that it’s decreasing in quality. I get into a room and there is hair on bed, just a little bit of toilet paper that required change and one spare one, which was not even fixed the next day, cleaners actually removing towels instead of giving new ones, and the bottle of soap in the sh… more
