“Great location, fantastic food, fun interior”
Great location and fantastic view from our corner room balcony. The weather was very hot , like much of Europe, which made the room stuffy at times. The air flow system and two doors on the balcony helped create a breeze. Food was excellent and overall look and feel of the hotel was moody and quirk… more

“Alpine Luxury”
Loved this resort! I booked this with Hilton points for my Birthday trip. I upgraded for 50 francs per night from standard room to cozy eiger view. Worth every penny! The view was breathtaking and i believe my pre note to hotel helped secure best view with some privacy and cooler than roof room. Yo… more

“Michelin flat tire”
Reserved one of the larger (more expensive) rooms due to size of party (4). Shuttle service is fantastic. Room was extremely dark and hot … no AC for 1500$ usd per night. Seemed understaffed. Breakfast was great. Not sure how this is Michelin Key.
