“Excellent stay in a comfortable hotel”
I had an excellent visit here. The room (superior single) was very comfortable and quiet with good facilities, including a coffee maker and fridge. The breakfast buffet was excellent with good choice. Staff were all super helpful and friendly. Very close to Interlaken West station.

“One of the best hotels to stay at Interlaken West”
Great stay in this hotel. Comfortable and very clean room. You get the bonus of a coffee machine (i didnt use but others will find this very welcome). The room is cleaned very well everyday. Towels are changed everyday (super big bonus). Toiletries are better that when i stayed in the Hyatt at Zuri… more

“Must-stay in Interlaken”
The hotel is amazing! The rooms are large and beds are comfortable. The rooms offer daily housekeeping and free bottle of water and chocolate. Central location with a short walk to Interlaken West. Breakfast is amazing with many options.

“Great service”
We visited the hotel restaurant on 2 consecutive nights- great food but what made the night was the service. Our waiter( sorry didn't get your name) was great, nothing was too much trouble and he made the night on both occasions. Highly recommended
