“Fantastic Experience All Around”
Maybe the best hotel experience I've had. The staff are so nice and helpful, the room was perfect - clean, ready on time, had all the right amenities. Lovely restaurant on site. I had no idea where to ski; the team at Arc were knowledgable and eager to make sure I had the best time on the slopes… more

“Very good Hotel in an excellent location.”
Stayed in an apartment in the Micheline Chalet next to the hotel, sking the first week in February. The Eggli gondola is ideally located less than a minute from the hotel making the ski area so accessible. Accommodation was spacious, well designed and spotlessly clean. “Love it. Think it's underrated in the sea of Gstaad hotels.”
Fabulous time. This hotel is underrated. The rooms are beautiful. I fell asleep with the trickling stream in the background. Rooms are incredibly nice/fit in with the location. They kept the spa open a little late for me so I could sauna.

“Jewel in Gstaad”
We stayed at one of the apartments and loved everything about it. The hotel treats guests in a special way; the spa, the food, the kindness of employees, all are great. The hotel is located in a quiet street with good parking and close to hiking routes. We will go back to this hotel soon.
