“Amazing stay in Klosters”

Excellent very cosy hotel in amazing Klosters. Very good location. Spotless clean in rooms, pool , sauna. The rooms are generous , modern and with a large bathroom. Breakfast is of great quality with bio ingredients. We had a wonderful stay and will be back next year.

I can’t rate Hotel Piz Buin highly enough. This hotel is doing an outstanding job in providing a high standard of accommodation in Klosters. The staff are unfailingly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the best we found in eight weeks of travel. The pool, spa and sauna is spotless and beautiful. We traveled with a friend and we were all given an upgrade on arrival to a large studio apartment with fantastic village and mountain views. The room was so comfortable and the bathroom large and with a bath. The location is central in the village and close to everything. I would stay here again anytime.

This hotel is classy and elegant and the front staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location, easy access to restaurants and shops and 5 min walk to the gondola to take you up the slopes. You couldn't stay any closer. There is a lovely bar/lounge with a good vibe and a restaurant which we had a delicious breakfast in every day and had dinner on the first night. Every other night we ate in other restaurants outside the hotel. There is a nightclub/bar under the hotel with access from the hotel and separate access from the road. They have guest bands and singers. It is not a party nightclub, just relaxed, people having a drink, enjoying music. We had a 2 bedroom apartment within the hotel which was 120m2 and it was amazing, like a private chalet. It had a fire place, full kitchen and 2 bedrooms, the ensuite being particularly spacious with a big TV and lots of storage. The views from the 2 balconies were stunning. I cannot fault the service or cleanliness. As I am a light sleeper I do have to mention a couple of things that did not bother my husband at all but did bother me, but as said I am a light sleeper. Firstly the master bedroom backs onto the elevator so I could hear it going up and down. This stops in the night but starts early when people get up. Secondly there are regular trains, I'm guessing every 20 mins which start around 6 am and continue until after midnight. You can hear them very loudly and this is the only thing that would put me off from booking this particular apartment in the future although I would definitely return to the hotel. Apart from this there is no road traffic or noise and it seemed well insulated from hearing other guests. The spa area is magnificent, truly amazing. A big pool with lots of loungers, lovely gym, hot tub and separate treatment room for massages and separate sauna (nude) area with saunas and steam rooms and relaxation area. This resort is very peaceful and understated and not a party place at all. The town and scenery is beautiful, everything you would expect of a Swiss ski resort. Ideal for families and couples. Davos, next door (20 min drive or train) is a concrete jungle and like a city, the skiing might be good but the look of the place is not. I think there were more young people there and it seemed quite busy. I would definitely recommend this hotel, you will not be disappointed.
