“Great choice”
Great hotel and location! Easy check in , good space in the bedroom and great breakfast And it’s great that they offer a shuttle service that picks you up at the train station ! Also the convenience to rent your ski equipment at the sister hotel

Easy access to public transportation Arrangement for the room key was a big mishap. Need to seek help from Hotel Victoria Receptionist extremely friendly and helpful.

“Excellent solution in St. Moritz”
An immaculate hotel offering a rich breakfast buffet. Kind personnel and a value-for-money solution. A single suggestion: it would be nice to have a small waiting room at the entrance. Thanks for making my stay so pleasant.

“breakfast in the restaurant is good”
digital check in is only working for the outside door, have to go to other hotel side to get room key; stayed two nights, pre-order breakfast is delivered by 6AM, room is quiet

We spent 2 nights here as travelling on the Bernina Express. Booked directly online but email from the hotel confirming had a link that was corrupt. Received a 2nd email with check in link a week before arrival date and again had a corrupt check in link, had to contact the Reine and Laudinella grou… more
