“Great Location, beautiful hotel”
Beautiful hotel in the center of Pontresina...while a hilly city, with the train station at the bottom - they will pick you up to bring you to the hotel. We had train delays, and they even came to get us in Samedan!! So kind. Plenty of choices for restaurants, besides the hotel itself, nearby. … more

“A Gem in Pontresina”
This was our third visit to The Muller and as always the service was outstanding. We were delighted to see all the same staff from last year. The rooms and common areas are spotless. Breakfast is ample with fruit, meats, cheeses and eggs. I would recommend half board as dinner is excellent.

“Wonderful Hotel”
We had a family group of 6 people and the rooms and food were both outstanding. Our stay was delightful except....... one person in our party fell on a trail and was badly cut requiring 15 stitches. “Excellent!”
Very nice and friendly. Families are welcome! We stayed in an apartment, but had breakfast in the hotel. The staff was very helpful with anything we needed for our baby daughter. Dinner was delicious and so was breakfast. The apartment was super clean with a cozy atmosphere.
