“Great hotel”
Great hotel in a great location. We truly enjoyed it. The breakfast service was great as was the dinner service and food at their restaurant Bolero.

“Rea at the reception desk made our time there extra enjoyable.”
The staff was delightful, food was delicious and rooms were comfortable. Unfortunately the train station was close and loud.

“Wonderful place for Lucerne”
This hotel is simply the best. First of all the rooms are very clean and nice to come back to after a day out around Lucerne. Then the restaurant Bolero is fantastic - get the Paella for sure.
