“Vacation stay”
Beautiful hotel and the kindest staff. The room was small, as are most older European hotels. There is no A/c but the window at night with the fan provided did work. “Great hotel in Luzern”
Location near Chapel Bridge was fantastic. Centered right in historic center and adjacent to river. Accommodation was excellent. Staff professional and courteous. Hotel is clean and comfortable.

“Overnight stop in Lucerne”
Small but clean and well appointed room. No a/c so a bit of a challenge to sleep but leaving the window helped. Lovely hotel with some great rooms, ours had a balcony looking over the river which was perfect, one of our children had a top floor room which was very small and maybe should be offered at a lower rate.
