“We will be returning to this lovely Hotel des Alpes.”
We highly recommend this hotel. It is located a 5 minute walk to the train station, and the main part of town is within a very short walk. The hotel is overlooking the bridge on the Lake. “Could not want a better room.”
A wonderful stay. Staff at the desk was always very pleasant and helpful. The room was exactly what I had booked and had a balcony. Magnificent to sit on the balcony overlooking the river, bridge, the lake and the snow covered mountains in the distance. Ala-cart breakfast was excellent.

“10 out of 10 would stay again!”
An adorable hotel in the perfect location to see everything Lucerne has to offer! We had interior views, but it was overall quiet and the watertower and bridge were directly outside of the hotel's restaurant, so a view was not needed. “Great location!”
Location, location, location! Right across from the train station, directly on the river. The hotel was clean and comfortable. They could use some updates on the carpet, bedding. Front desk people were friendly and helpful. I’d stay there again!
