“Classic hotel in Old Town Lucerne area”
Beautiful, classic style hotel in a superb location for visiting Old Town. Also close to the train station and tour boats. Wonderful restaurant on site with great food and views next to the river.

“Right where you want to be!”
A great little find right on the river, near the Chapel bridge and with its own restaurant. Room was clean and pleasant and had enough space. “Disappointed in room that was selected.”
I thought I booked the big balcony, or at least one with an iron rod balcony. I was very disappointed that we got a balcony with a wall, and very narrow. although the views are beautiful it wasn’t what I anticipated at all. They need pub chairs for this balcony.

“Disappointed”
Reserved room with a balcony 8 months before check in. The balcony we were given faced a wall and had filthy decking full of bird poop. We were not expecting this to be the “charm” we paid a high price for. Location is great but other hotels have that too. Food is generally overpriced and not good.… more
