A room service menu is available from 18:00 to 21:30. Please note that on 26 October 2014, the street leading to the hotel is closed from 8:30 until 14:00 due to the Swiss City Marathon. On that day, the restaurants are also closed. Breakfast is still served. Please note that Single Currency Credit Cards (UnionPay logo only) cannot be accepted for reservations.

“Amazing idyllic view & Great staff”
The hotel is located right on Lake Lucerne. The views from our balcony were amazing overlooking the lake with a view of the mountains in the background. Breakfast is included and was good. Absolutely no complaints. Staff was excellent. GM is on site and hands on (poured our wine during dinner and saw him on the grounds early the next morning straightening up for an event). “Amazing view, very hospitable”
The hotel is very neat, beautiful and has adapted its services to the current health crisis accordingly.
