“Charming, convenient and friendly”
Lovely place to stay. A hotel with character - it was built as a summer home for a rich entrepreneur and his family in the early 20th century. Excellent hotel on the edge of the picturesque Bad Ragaz in Switzerland. Close to Lictenshtein and other beatiful sights in the area. The hotel rooms are all on ground floor with access to small porch and a large lawn and a nice swimming pool. There is also spa area which did not get to check. Nice… more

“If only they could cook… buhhhh”
Superb setting. Ample chateau ambience despite less attractive “Pavillon” add ons. Stay in the Chateau part and enjoy good size rooms, decent WiFi, ok bedding … Decent value @€200/night. “Just a little additional thought would make this a much better stay”
Nice place but just a few things could improve it tremendously. The bar is closed in the afternoon so there is nowhere to get even a cup of coffee and in the room there is an electric kettle but rubbish instant coffee and no biscuit even. Not even a vending machine to buy a drink....all minor thing… more

The hotel does not have 24/7 receptionist desk. When we were there during the summer, the weather was hot but the room was not equipped with aircon.
