“Wonderful stay”
Casa Berno is amazing for numerous reasons. Beautiful view and great friendly staff. All of front desk and restaurant staff friendly and helpful. Big shout out to Manuela and Erika and others at front desk.

Fabulous hotel - amazing views (we had a room on floor B) and had an unobstructed view of the lake and towards Ascona. The staff are fabulous - very friendly, helpful and speak fabulous English. “A disappointment for a 4 star hotel!”
I was quite disappointed with hotel Casa Berno and the prime reason for the disappointment was the room. Other than the amazing view, the room did not feel like one that it could belong to a 4 star hotel.
