We stayed in Regina Terme in February 2021 fir one week with our 2 kids and a dog. This family run hotel might need some refurbishment but it’s overall clean and comfortable place. We stayed in family room of incredible size of apartment. It’s actually 2 connected rooms, each with own bathroom; there is living space and dinner table. There is basic kitchen with 2 hotplates and fridge and plenty of storage space. The spacious balcony offer great view on the mountains! Hotel proposes good breakfast in spacious restaurant with respect to all sanitary measures. We felt very secured! The restaurant is not à la carte and propose 5 courses menu of average quality. Honestly, we preferred to cook or take away from other restaurants.. There is also evening bar. There is inside swimming pool with non-filtered thermal water, which mean the water is not clear. Its temperature is about 37 degrees so it is not pool for swimming but rather relaxing. We enjoyed it a lot! In the summer there is also outside pool. Just mind your kids as there is no lifeguard and visibility under water is zero! The hotel offers free shuttle bus on demand. There is heated ski room. All balconies are facing beautiful south view to the mountains. Despite being not central located it offers charming alpine nature and multiple possibilities for peaceful walks. It’s nearby of Dada gorges. A must is experience massage with Veronique! This professional lady will make your day! :) We really enjoyed the stay in Regina hotel, specially in this moving period of sanitary crisis. This hotel is dated but very clean and respecting all security measures. We felt well there. If I can mention one room for improvement it would be the parking. I’ve never seen such chaotic hotel parking, there is no evidence and no system. Guest parking cards would make a revolution! ;) We will be back in summer!

Great views from balcony rooms, which nearly all are, and has its own thermal pool right in the hotel, which is a huge advantage, and a tiny outdoor pool that is the same temp as outdoors, which sometimes is very cold.The area is full of hiking trails, but many require use of gondolas which are not cheap, and have somewhat limited hours.We eat elsewhere as local restaurants have great lunches.Coming for years as thermal pools are great help to injured bodies.

I enjoyed my stay in this lovely hotel. The room was very comfortable with a mountain view. I liked the spacious balcony. I was disappointed with the quality of the TV and the limited channels, no BBC or CNN. I enjoyed the spacious indoor thermal baths. The distance to the town center and the steep climb to the hotel was a challenging walk. However, the hotel provides a free shuttle bus service to and from the hotel.
