“Outstanding Service!”
My bus back to Visp was running late and they brought my suitcase to the station so I wouldn’t miss my train. The room was lovely and very clean and the breakfast was delicious. “Great location!”
The hotel is in the heart of Visp and close to the train station. The Manager, Sebastian, was very helpful during our stay! Breakfast is on the 6th floor and has a lovely outdoor sitting area. Property and staff both are excellent to say the least. Location wise great being just outside the Visp train station and bus stop offering easy connectivity to Zermatt or Saas fee. “The place to stay in Visp”
Soooo helpful and friendly. We were delayed en route to Zermatt for 3 days due to a storm and were looked after superbly. Great advice whilst awaiting information willingly given. Superb all round professional service (and only 100m from the train station).
