“Great hotel”
Great hotel, nice clean room, lovely staff and a cracking pool and leisure complex. Five minute walk from the train station but they do have a free shuttle. Boot room is also good. It was the second time I’ve stayed there and was just as impressed the first time. Would definitely recommend a stay.

“Best staff in Zermatt.”
The staff is unbelievable, top to bottom. Everyone is incredibly good. You actually feel like they are happy you there. Pool is huge. And it's like 100 second walk to the first lift.
