“Lovely Hotel, great staff with easy access to all.”
Lovely hotel in a incredibly convenient location. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful during our 1st (and hopefully not last) trip to Zermatt. The ski locker area is great and the dedicated locker appreciated.

“Amazing dinner”
We had dinner at Restaurant Chesa and the whole experience was superb - from the welcome at the door, to the amazing service throughout, the delicious food and excellent wine (and advice on food pairing). We will definitely return! Thank you for a fantastic evening.

“Very welcoming, lovely staff, comfortable rooms, great bathroom and shower and a delicious breakfast.”
Would highly recommend, comfy bed, plenty of space to store clothes, easy access to centre of town and busses, friendly accommodating staff

“Great view”
lovely stay at this well run small hotel. The room with balcony had wonderful views of the mountain and Matterhorn. The room was very modern and bright. Good comprehensive breakfast and friendly helpful staff. Would stay here again.
