Perfect location in downtown Zermatt. 5 minute walk to the train station. Our room was in the back with a private terrace and a mountain view (not of the Matterhorn). “Hotel is good for a short stay”
hotel is adequate for a one or two night stay. Reception not staffed so you have to go to a nearby hotel to check-in/check-out. Breakfast is a buffet with the only hot option of 'boil your own eggs'. Room was adequate - a little small but ok for a short stay.
