A cozy boutique hotel with warm swimming pool and excellent breakfast. Very friendly owner and staff. Clean and modern rooms with lots of storage. “Excellent hotel, highly recommended”
Very well-maintained facility, excellent service staff and reception staff. Excellent cleanliness throughout and good variety at breakfast. Very functional spa. Highly recommended for a pleasant stay in Zermatt.

“Great location and helpful staff”
We were extremely happy with our stay at Hotel Eden Wellness. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast was ample and the location of the hotel was very convenient to the town and the bus stop to the slopes. Access to the spa area was a definite plus.

“Exceptional customer service”
Outstanding customer service! We stayed at the Eden during the April 2025 snowstorm when Zermatt was cutoff from the World. “Hotel Eden Wellness Zermatt”
Wonderful hotel with good facilities and very very helpful staff. The Breakfast was outstanding and the wellness centre ticked all the boxes.
