“Great accommodation ”
Could not fault, the receptionist was friendly and helpful, restaurant staff were also accommodating and the meal was excellent. Great large room with a balcony, l would definitely recommend to anyone looking for accommodation in Zermatt

“A good place”
Hotel location is excellent for views of the Matterhorn. Check-in was smooth. Rooms are spacious with a balcony at least for our choice. Comfortable beds and chairs. Nothing to complain. We dined there. Good menu with reasonable prices. We enjoyed.

“Central Hotel in Zermatt ”
Overnight stay in Zermatt after travelling on the Glacier Express. Triple bedded room, cosy but comfortable with large bathroom. Great view of the matterhorn. Nice choice of breakfast options. Lots of nice bars and restaurants near the hotel.

“Ok stay in Zermatt”
The hotel is in a good location. Front desk isn’t always staffed so makes check in or finding someone to talk to difficult. Also breakfast doesn’t get restocked, so make sure you get there early before the big tour groups come down; otherwise it’s slim pickings. Room had an odd odor.
