“Exceptional Hotel”
Very welcoming staff, went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed from check in to check out. Our suite had everything we needed and the morning breakfast was superb.

“Exceptional Zermatt hotel”
We had an exceptional stay at Firefly Suites. Beautiful property, attention to every detail, excellent front desk staff, clean and well maintained unit, lovely breakfast all made our stay in Zermatt unforgettable! It is also a convenient walk to everything! Highly recommend them
