“Amazing!”
Amazing location, amazing staff. We loved our stay at Schloss Zermatt! The room and view was amazing! Alexandra at check in was beyond helpful and kind. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome and make sure we were acquainted with the town. The breakfast and afternoon snacks were delightful!

Lovely hotel in the centre of Zermatt- pool, Spa, lovely rooms , lovely staff, great breakfast - I can’t find any fault.
