“Great hotel”
This hotel is really good. Spacious and comfortable room, really good shower. Fridge in the room with complimentary drinks. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choice and good quality. Very fast WiFi and lovely staff.

“Not only welcomed, but cared for”
Having cold water available for guests was probably the most welcoming thing I’ve ever experienced at a hotel! On top of that, having an option for a cool treat really made us feel cared for. “Fantastic hotel.”
I have never experienced the high level of customer service we received. We had an issue with shipping some items back to USA and they resolved this issue seamlessly. They were very helpful in suggesting things to do in Zurich. If we ever return to Zurich, this will be our hotel. It’s very clean an… more
