“Lovely hotel with great staff!”
Our experience at Eclat Taipei was more than excellent. We had to do a last minute booking and they were fully accomodating for that and made the check-in process quick and easy. “Nice boutique hotel, shame about female front desk and other areas.”
Eccentric hotel in an accessible area. The male front desk staff was helpful and pleasant. I believe her name is Pamela and another other lady, not so much. They seemed to be annoyed with any sort of question and just generally did not seem happy to be at work which is unfortunate and quite jarring… more

“A GENUINE review”
Refurbishment is needed due to severe wear and tear especially on the wood ware. Fairly humid in Room 901 and a dehumidifier is put there.
