“Decent hotel”
The reviews here are misleading. It was actually a pretty good hotel. If you can get over the fact that it has no toiletries, then its a very cozy hotel. Its near everything (mrt, convenience stores etc). The room was clean and cold. No insects. Not bad.

It is fair. Small room, everything is functioning. Windows cannot be opening. Price is cheap. Got to pay for bigger room in Taipei.

“A real basic business hotel”
Conveniently located about 3-5mins from metro station and that is the only advantage. Hotel is located in a building shared with China Airlines and they have 2 elevator which lead directly to the hotel floor starting on level 10.
