“A Hidden Gem”
- the BEST spring water quality I've experienced anywhere. Silky smooth. - well developed hiking trails in a well preserved tropical forests. - loved the food they serve in their Chinese restaurant. - Family friendly. - not many international tourists, which makes it a hidden gem.

“Fantastic time”
It was a great experience with a girls' getaway. The rooms were lovely and lovely looked out from our room. Beautiful scenery away from the hustle & bustle. Enjoyed the greenery. Will recommend others.

“Low altitude rainforest”
Hidden above Sanxia, this was a surprise gem that had beautiful views of the region and surprisingly strenuous trails. “Hard to find, nice resort”
The first thing to mention about Great Roots is that Taxi's from the airport seem to have difficulty finding it. I had directions in Chinese to hand over, and the taxi driver still missed it and got lost for 20 mins. Mountainous narrow roads, it was quite late and dark, and raining, but still, this… more
