“Decent hotel in Good location”

This is the mid budget hotel... when the occupancy is high the cost increases to double. As the hotel was sold out first 2 nights, so we booked the family room for 4 person and after 2 nights my 2 gals moved out to superior twin room no window room which they offered on same floor. This is the mid budget hotel... when the occupancy is high the cost increases to double. As the hotel was sold out first 2 nights, so we booked the family room for 4 person and after 2 nights my 2 gals moved out to superior twin room no window room which they offered on same floor. Good point both were same size 23sqm so it was good size for twin room. Check in allowed only at 1500hrs on 13th floor and checkout at 1100hrs or else N$300.00 per hr for late check out (which we paid - only cash). They have storage area (without any cost) for your luggage incase u want to leave your luggage. No other facilities in the hotel. Just bed and breakfast. We didn't booked breakfast so can't comment anything. Family room is size of 23sqm- bed is big enough for 4 people (its 2 queen size) but the problem is other things- no space for luggage, only 4-5 hangers in the room, no hook or area in bathroom to hang towels. Its very tight for 4 people. 3 people still manageable. Cleaning was very basic it could have been better. Housekeeping was provided everyday but it was only - throw trash, replace the water bottle and coffee/tea, new towels and make bed. Beside that nothing... Family room are mostly on 2nd and 3rd floor. Superior twin room no window is inside in the middle of the floor. Rest of amenities were like family room. no mirror in both the rooms only available in bathroom. Only hand wash, shampoo and body wash were provided which we never used as we carry our own.. Very less voltage in the plugs - unable to use our own hair dryers. Location is good ..the ximending area is very min walk from the hotel. Sushiro ro and 7/11 Sanrio is next door. Hotel is combined with lets sleep as well ( few floors ). 2 elevators are available for use. For people coming with luggage through subway - for 1st timers can take exit 6 and walk to the hotel (cross the road ), exit 5 is close to the hotel but its all stairs. Personally, will suggest - from exit 5 (subway on lower level) keep walking straight to ximen metro mall it should be approx 400-500m look for gate no 5 which will be on right side it should be mentioned as zhongshan gate 5 and take elevator from gate no 5 and it will open next to the hotel on main road...1st time it will be confusing but once u know it- it will be easy in/out. Overall is ok !! Good point it's close to eatery and shopping. Lot of Asians like to stay in this hotel.
